Out of all our struggles, the hardest can often be
the struggle for perfect self-expression,
to feel understood, safe, and supported
while also feeling like yourself.
Whether you’re experiencing love, loss, longing,
giving your emotions an outlet is challenging,
and you often feel stuck, paralyzed, numb, or overwhelmed.
It’s easier to feel like a worker ant
crawling out from under a hill of dirt
than a graceful phoenix rising from the ashes.
Yet - you will rise.
How do I know?
You have before.
The path of a woman is circular. Cyclical.
We know as surely as we know spring will come,
that our joys and challenges are both temporary.
Our desire then isn’t to stay still,
stuck in either fear or love,
scared to move forward.
Our desire is to dance.
To move back and forth between the challenges and joys
Honoring the past and celebrating the present
While looking towards the future with trust
That no matter what comes, you will know how to dance with it.
You crave experiences of both light and darkness.
You honor and share them both
as opportunities to embody your soul.
You trust that endings are also beginnings,
and wish to find more flow in your life’s transitions.
You aren’t afraid to fully engage with whatever lies inside
and welcome the chance to learn about yourself.
You’re done apologizing for who you are
and are ready to expand
And find perfect self-expression in this life.
All of it. The shadows and the light.
You’re ready to dance with the veil
to experience your wholeness.
All that lies on the other side is freedom.
What if your willingness to feel it all is a portal to your awakening?
In spiritual discussions about life and death, there’s a lot of talk about a veil. It’s often said that the veil between life and death is very thin.
But what if this imaginary veil was actually nothing more than the skin and body you live in? What if the only thing between living on earth and living in spirit form is the body? What if your physical body is a portal to understanding and experiencing non-physical parts of ourselves and our world and if by fully exploring and honoring your physical body, you can lift the veil on your spiritual self?
It's not a "what if."
You CAN access your infinite nature
and bring the wisdom of your wholeness to this life
right now, here on earth.
On this retreat, we will dance with the veil
through daily movement, nourishing food,
time in nature, deep rest, ritual,
and honest connections with likeminded wise women.
